Gill Craven
Director of Organisational Development
Gill Craven is Director of Organisational Development, with responsibility for Change Management, Communications and Human Resources.
In 2000, Gill joined Ufi as Head of HR, and went on to work as Change Programme Director, guiding the organisation through a period of restructure and development. She took on the role of Director of Organisational Development in April 2006.
Gill has worked in HR for over 20 years, starting as a graduate trainee with BHS. She has supported education and training organisations since 1987 when she became Personnel Officer for Sheffield Education Authority. Gill became Assistant Director (HR) in 1990, supporting the six Sheffield colleges and the Youth Service. In 1993, she accepted an invitation to transfer to the newly incorporated Sheffield College as HR Manager.
Gill is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and has a BA Hons in Organisational Studies.
