Pablo Lloyd - Deputy Chief Executive

As Deputy Chief Executive, Pablo is responsible for strategic planning and stakeholder relations.

He did a Maths and Computer Science degree at Cambridge University, then trained as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen. He qualified in 1984 and then specialised in tax, financial services and the venture capital industry. He joined Lloyds Bank PLC where he project managed the introduction of new management accounting systems and went on to advise on a £1bn branch system investment. He moved to Nationwide Building Society in 1990, where he was Finance Director of their property services subsidiary until its disposal in 1994. After a spell running Nationwide's savings products, he joined the Performing Right Society as Finance Director. After a successful merger to create the MCPS-PRS Alliance, Pablo joined Ufi in March 1999 as Finance Director and became Deputy CEO in 2003.
