Kelly Brough
Kelly Brough is CEO of Allegran Ltd, the UK’s largest online dating business with six websites operating across the dating spectrum.
Prior to joining Allegran, Kelly was Director of Paid Services at AOL UK where she was responsible for a range of consumer digital services from online safety to film and video game downloads. Kelly has spent her entire career in technology and media beginning as a consultant at Accenture implementing customer services systems for a range of US based blue chip clients. It was in her first role where Kelly developed an interest in employee training after volunteering to lead in-house training programmes for staff. She has carried her belief in the importance of staff learning and development to a company’s success with her throughout her career.
Kelly came to the UK in 2000 and has lived in London since with her husband and two children.
