Equality and Diversity 2007 Progress Report
In December 2006, we published Ufi's 3-year Single Equality Scheme and detailed action plan. Although a few timescales changed along the way, we have achieved most of what we committed to in the first year of our action plan.
We have just published our Equality and Diversity 2007 Progress Report which summarises these E&D improvements and gives some personal reflections on the impact of these actions. Please take some time to read this report which will give you a great insight into the range and variety of our E&D activities across the business. It also looks forward to the improvements that we will make during 2008.
