Mae Ufi yn falch o gyhoeddi mai Coleg y Drindod fydd Prifysgol gyntaf Cymru i gynnig cyrsiau Dysgu trwy Waith.
Nod Dysgu trwy Waith yw cynnig manteision i chi a'ch cyflogwr trwy'ch galluogi chi i reoli'ch datblygiad fel y gallwch:
- Ennill cymhwyster prifysgol heb gymryd amser i ffwrdd o'r gwaith;
- Ehangu'ch effeithiolrwydd yn y gwaith;
- Datblygu'ch sgiliau personol a'ch amcanion gyrfa;
- Derbyn cydnabyddiaeth am yr arbenigedd sydd gennych eisoes;
- Osgoi teithiau costus i'r brifysgol;
- Dysgu unrhyw bryd ac unrhyw le trwy gydol y flwyddyn;
- Ni fydd rhaid gweithio o fewn tymhorau neu semestrau traddodiadol.
Cynlluniwyd Dysgu trwy Waith i ddiwallu anghenion y gweithiwr cyflogedig a'r cyflogwr fel ei gilydd. Mae'n rhoi cyfle i chi ddatblygu sgiliau'ch staff ar lefel uwch trwy brosiectau perthnasol sy'n seiliedig ar waith sy'n cael eu dilysu gan brifysgol. Gan fod Dysgu trwy Waith yn seiliedig ar waith gallwch ddarparu dysgu lefel uwch unigryw i'ch staff heb fod angen iddynt dreulio amser i ffwrdd o'r gwaith i fynd i'r brifysgol neu'r coleg.
Gan fod Dysgu trwy Waith yn cael ei reoli a'i gefnogi ar-lein yn bennaf, gallwch weithio gyda phrifysgol neu goleg sy'n gweddu orau i anghenion eich busnes yn hytrach na'r un agosaf atoch. Os yw'ch busnes yn un gwasgaredig gyda grwp o weithwyr sy'n gweithio ar hyd a lled y wlad (neu dramor hyd yn oed) bydd dal modd i bawb gydweithio ar raglen sydd wedi'i chynllunio ar eu cyfer nhw.

Ufi is pleased to announce that Trinity College is the first University in Wales to be able to offer Learning through Work.
Learning through Work is designed to benefit you and your employer by putting you in control of your development so you can:
- Gain a university qualification without taking time off work;
- Enhance your effectiveness at work;
- Develop your personal skills and career objectives;
- Gain recognition for your existing expertise;
- Avoid the need for costly travel to university;
- Learn at any time and place throughout the year;
- You don't have to work within traditional term or semester patterns.
Learning through Work is specially designed to meet the needs of the employee and the employer. It allows you to develop the skills of your staff at a higher level through relevant work-based projects which are validated by a university. Because Learning through Work is work-based you can provide customised higher level learning for your staff without them having to take time away from work to attend university or college.
Because Learning through Work is largely managed and supported online you can work with a university or college that best suits your business needs rather than the one that is geographically closest. This also means that if you have a dispersed operation with a group of employees working in different areas of the country (or even overseas) they can still work together on a programme that has been developed for them.
