Who Should Apply? |
| Skills for Work Award |
Learners who have undertaken learndirect learning in order to return to work. Employed learners who have been supported by their employer to undertake learndirect learning which has resulted in the development of their career and/or benefits to the business. |
| Progression Award |
Learners who have undertaken learndirect learning and are now furthering their learning to pursue a new career or lifestyle. |
| Outstanding Learner Award |
Any learners who have had notable achievements and successes with any learndirect learning and/or who have overcome disabilities, adverse circumstances, or inspired others to use learndirect. |
| Unionlearn Award |
Union members who have been supported by their employer to undertake learndirect learning which has resulted in the development of their career and/or benefits to the business. Union members who have promoted learndirect through their organisation. |
| Business Categories |
Who Should Apply? |
| Company Award |
Businesses who have supported staff to undertake learndirect learning and who have recognised the part that learndirect can play in supporting business objectives. |
| Learning Through Work Award |
Businesses who have supported staff to develop skills using learndirect Learning Through Work and who have recognised the part that learning can play in supporting business objectives. Individuals who have used learndirect Learning Through Work to develop themselves and the business they work for. |

Who Should Apply? |
| Working with Employers Award |
learndirect learning centres who have demonstrated outstanding performance in order to provide outstanding customer care and tutor support for their learners. |
| Working with Employers Award |
learndirect learning centres that are working with local business to support learners. |
| learndirect Centre Staff Award |
learndirect centre staff and tutors who have provided outstanding customer care and/ or tutor support for their learners. |
